Min. 3 years of working experience in high rise building and/or facility management work, particularly in office building, apartment and shopping malls
Good knowledge about ISO, OSHAS and Project Management is a plus point
Having good analytical and problem solving skill
Good communication skills, including good command of English
Possess good managerial and leadership skills
Target oriented and ready to work under pressures
